As a franchise partner of BACK FACTORY, you expect multiple tasks. There is a lot of work to be done at your branch - from the actual baking of breads and buns, through refinement with icing or sugar powder, up to sale and direct customer contact.
One must also provide management flavour and leadership strength over and above the practical work on-site. Products must be planned and rough yields must be optimized. As entrepreneur, you also function as the boss and hence as the role model for your team.
Of course, you are not alone in all this! The BACK FACTORY head office and your personal adviser support you and are always there at your side as contact partners.
